  • Please provide a link to the newest firmware update. The firmware from 2013 has a bug in it and the phone will not properly recognize networks. It shows there is no signal and only emergency calls can be made. The g4 is a nice phone, but without this fix it is very unreliable - at best. Thank You

  • 1. When are you expecting stock to be available? i.e. 2GB RAM + 32GB internal storage, quad-core.
    2. I presume that 'chinese apps' are not installed?
    3. There is a 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage octa-core version of the G4 available. Is a 2/32 GB octa-core version expected to be available? If so, is there an expected availability date?

  • I have problem with mine. Few seconds after unlocking, jiayu logo comes out and the phone restarts. It's not a complete restart though. The unlock screen is back in a few seconds too. What's the cause of this?
