    I got the Gapps installed with the correct ROM, but after flashing that ROM on the phone, the lower half of the touchscreen is working upside down. I tried calibrating, but no change. What must I do to get this fixed?

  • Dear Jiayu,
    
    I like my new F2, it's fast, makes good pictures, but the fact that it's preloaded with rubbish applications and I get constant advert pop-ups when I download a new app, open an app, or just using the phone, and adverts come up how to unhook bra faster and things like this. I like Jiayu phone becuase of their quality, but if you preload it with rubbish, spammy apps, that's a no go. Please tell me a way to remove all of the applications that u installed on to it, not just disabling, removing them for good. I'm really angry at this.

  • I have a new problem (the microphone is too low I thought that the last update Rom2 F2W-20150428-210425-TF to settle the problem) everything worked before installing the last update. I had to install the recovery on my sd. I restarts the screen is no longer responds. completely dead. I try to go back but nothing changes, if you have a solution thank you for sharing .

  • hello, after having updated the ROM2 F2W-20150402-103930, I had to format and updated without backup. I restarts the phone, but the screen is not configured correctly, how to configure the screen ?. I type in the middle of the screen and the gap of 2 cm. I have no answer to the home key, return property, at the bottom of the screen.
    I thought to fix the bug in resettling the rom1 F2-20150311-211700. I restarts the phone no problem with the system, but the screen is still not set. can you help me?

  • hello there, am a bit confused here. the specs on your website, say the front camera is 2mp while the back camera is 8mp, and the battery is 3000mAH, but the F2 that is sold here in Nigeria has a different specs, the front camera is 2mp while the back camera is (13mp), the battery is (2300mAH).
    pls which one is the real one or do you guys have 2 versions of jaiyu F2?

    I installed Google Play following the guide provided. I have Google Play Store installed but I'm not able to connect to any of the Google Services (Play Store, GMail, GMaps...). I bought this phone because as it is said on this website it is compatible with Google Play, but this is not true.
    
    Can you please give me a proper answer from your IT department? In case not, how I can proceed with the devolution and my money refund?
    The phone is amazing but if I cannot use any of the Google services in an Android phone is like not having a smartphone.

    One thing I noticed is the Gmail App doesn't work. Synchronization is impossible.
    
    Another thing, to my contacts synced I had to manually install GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk and GoogleContactsSyncAdapter.apk. Just after that Contacts Synchronization worked.
    
    But the Gmail app don't work. What to do?
