  • I would like to know why my brand new G3C keeps restarting and after 6 months from one moment to the other it got so slow its useless. I cant answer for the phone calls or do anything cause every touch is in like 5 second late. Also the silver upper and lower fram fall off after 1 month. Terrible quality. Any solution?

  • Hi, I have a Jiayu G2F, I want to turn of wi-fi or bluetooth, but not working. I turn on it and after 4-5 sec automatically turn off.
    Doesn't found any connection.

    I am italian and 1year ago I bought the g3c jiayu phone in your shop of Shenzhen close to SEG market (I was there for business) . The sales pele in the shop were very usefull and very prepared. The phone is really fantastic but, since a month, I am completely unable to charge the battery or turn on the phone and it is completely dead.   • Hi Jiayu Team.
    I have a Jiayu G3 with MTK6589 1.2 GHz for 7 months now, but it started freezing for no reason about 1 month ago. It goes in stand by mode and simply does not turn the screen back on, no matter how many times I press the button. Everytime it freezes I need to restart it (either on the Power button or removing the battery). I have tried resetting it to default factory settings, but had no success on solving this problem. Could someone please help me? I am seriously considering leaving Jiayu and buying another phone.
